Terms & Conditions

For MBTI Personality Consultations with Eric Osmond (Osmond Productions)

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Service Description

This consultation is intended for educational and informational purposes only. It is designed to help individuals and couples better understand their MBTI personality type, cognitive functions, and how those traits may influence personal growth, relationships, and decision-making. It is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, or legal services.

2. No Therapeutic Relationship

Booking and participating in a session does not establish a therapeutic or counseling relationship. The services provided are not therapy, diagnosis, or treatment for any psychological or medical condition.

3. Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. By booking a session, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
  • Sessions are scheduled via TidyCal and will be held via Google Meet, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information is accurate when booking.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
  • If you miss your session without notice (“no-show”), the session will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
  • If an emergency arises, please contact me directly. I will do my best to accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests.

6. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be given for completed sessions.
  • Refunds for cancellations within the allowed window (24+ hours’ notice) may be processed at the discretion of the provider, minus processing fees.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • All information shared during the session and through intake forms will be kept confidential.
  • Your information will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties unless required by law.
  • Sessions may be recorded only with your explicit consent.

8. Use of Session Content (Optional Clause)

From time to time, general themes or anonymous examples from sessions may be referenced in content (e.g., social media, blogs, videos) for educational purposes. No personal or identifying information will ever be shared. If you prefer your session not be referenced at all, please indicate that during or after your booking.

9. Technology & Connectivity

Sessions are conducted via Google Meet. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and a working microphone and camera. If technical issues prevent the session from taking place, I will work with you to reschedule.

10. Limitation of Liability

By booking and participating in a session, you agree to release and hold harmless [Your Name/Business Name] from any and all claims, liability, damages, or expenses that may arise from the use or misuse of any information or advice provided during the consultation.

11. Modification of Terms

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. The most current version will always be available on the booking page or by request.
